Graycor completed a 52,000 square-foot one-story building located along Velocity Way at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport. The building houses warehouse, light manufacturing space (divisible into two tenant spaces) and a 3,000 square-foot office spec suite. The building is a concrete tilt-up construction with 28’ clear ceiling heights and a membrane roof system. Graycor also completed exterior finishes including colorful, textured column popouts and desert landscaping to modernize the building.

Since Skybridge Lot 106 is located on an active airport property, Graycor coordinated construction work so the daily operations of the airport could continue smoothly.
